picviz for Win32 port

As importance of visualization is growing and widen, it is not only useful in finding a haystick but also drawing a big picture.

After some works, I've got a running binary of picviz on Win32 platform. Quick hacks on the code make it messy but I think it's working now.

I think this would open picviz more platform to run with. (Maybe most major platform is covered, isn't it?)

You can test it with following link. here's a link to download binary. Please remember that this is an experimental release.

I think picviz could be used every where it can do.

Here's picture generated by picviz.exe.

c:\picviz\pcv.exe -T pngcairo -o nmap-scan.pgdl.png nmap-scan.pgdl
